Rawbots
Rawbots is a very promising robot sandbox game with huge(!) potential. You basically build and program your very own robots from many parts and play around with them (sandbox style only… there are no goals at the moment).
However in it’s current form it is not very easy to build a working robot without investing much time. I have tried to build a decent robot but unfortunately the game has currently a very steep learning curve and thus my robot was… well let’s say it was “unfunctional”.
Anyway…
I have spoken to the devs and they said that they will make the game much more accessible by making the robot creation aspect much easier and adding pre-built robots, easy tutorials and more. I’m definitely looking forward to the next builds since this game has massive potential!
While it’s not easy some people are already creating really interesting (and working) robots. Here are three of them: Bug, Jet and a Harley!

Cube World
Cube World is an upcoming Zelda-esque 3rd-person Action RPG with amazing voxel graphics. It is in development since June 2011 and with each new video update the game looks better and better…

Son of Nor
Son of Nor is an upcoming 3rd person Action Adventure (with a 4 player coop mode) about terraforming, telekinesis and magical spells. Move and throw objects around and pile up sand to create barriers, prepare traps, or bury entire buildings. Moreover by combining different magical elements you can create various spell combinations.

TRI
TRI is a promising first person puzzle platformer where you create 3D triangles that act as platforms which allow you to walk on walls etc.
“TRI will be a first-person 3D game with environmental puzzles. It is inspired by great games like “Portal”, “Thief” and “Zelda”. The main gameplay: You create triangles to build platforms, overcome obstacles, walk on walls, reflect light rays and lasers, and more. It is still work in progress, and even substantial parts of the gameplay and design might change in the near future.”
Scoregasm
Scoregasm is one of the best arena shooters I have ever played (and I have played a lot of them). The game was over 2 years in development and it really shows: Smooth controls, super fun gameplay, colorful graphics, a great variety of levels and well thought out bullet patterns.
A defnite must have for shooter fans!
