Super Crate Box
Super Crate Box is a frantic single screen platform shooter with a nice arcade vibe. Collect crates to score points (and unlock new weapons and characters) and keep the enemies at bay. The game offers a nice arsenal of weapons such as dual pistols, revolver, shotgun, bazooka, flame thrower, grenade launcher… and 3 different stages. Great fun!

This is a fun game, but I’m not sure if this is categorized correctly. Your success depends more on your ability to kill the enemies quickly than it does on your platforming skills… It can really go in both.
