Western Shootout is a fine vertical scrolling western shooter with a nice graphical style. Run around the screen, collect ammo and different powerups, shoot the baddies and save your girl at the end of each level.
While the first world is a bit too easy and slow paced one might think that the whole game isn’t challenging at all. Luckily this isn’t the case since the game starts to get faster and more challenging in the second desert world. Just watch the Gameplay Video to understand what i mean: You will see a few seconds from the relaxed first world and then… more speedy scenes from the second and third world.

The game has entered the YoYo Games Competition 5 and the developer took already many suggestions from others into consideration to improve the game. So if you have ideas which could make the game better don’t hesitate to mention them.
