Super Mario War is great platform stomping fun at its best with many many different game modes. A very faithful tribute to Mario and Multiplayer Sessions on 1 Pc. (No Online Features yet…)
Version 1.8 Beta 1 from May 2008 got finally replaced by Version 1.8 Beta 2 in September 2009.

The homepage only features a 1.7 version of the game, how come this is “1.8″?
its because the 1.8 version is in beta status (for more than 1 year now) and is only available through the above mentioned forum post.
i highly recommend to check out super mario war 1.8 since that version is much better than the old 1.7 version.
(it has more modes, characters and many other improvements).
That’s very awesome! Now we just need multiplayer to make the game that much sweeter!
