Hellas is an upcoming action platformer (which is still in early development) that is set on the ancient Greek mythology and plays on a black figure vase.

Spud’s Quest
Soud’s Quest is an adventure platformer with puzzle elements where you control a blue creature and a frog.
The developer started development of this game about 10 years ago and he has just released a demo for it last week.

Flightless
Flightless is a pretty clever and really promising puzzle platformer about a duck that can’t jump and thus shoots glowing ladders around in order to reach higher grounds and collect gems. Moreover the game also offers a 2-player-mode that can be activated/deactivated at any time.
The game is the newest creation by the prolific Nitrome developers and has fantastic pixel art as usual. It is also up on Steam Greenlight
The Iconoclasts
The Iconoclasts is a great looking action platform shooter adventure with a super smooth engine that offers some really awesome pixel art.
Also consider to check out some of the other games by the developer Konjak! Especially The Legend Of Princess and Noitu Love 2.

Walter
Walter is an upcoming physics based platformer with fine 2.5D visuals about a water creature that is sliding through a nicely looking environment. (As you can see later in the trailer Walter can also change his form to various solid objects)
The game looks pretty promising and reminds me of these games:
